If you're anything like me, you always wait til the last minute to prepare for your next biggest Princess gig.  This time, the challenge is you have only 17 days to get in shape for your long-awaited cover shoot coming up with Elle Magazine. Not only that, you have to prep for your brand new talk show, and guest host (on camera!) for the next charity event.  And, because the camera adds an additional 10 pounds, you have to take off way more weight than usual- this time around.

But, for the past month you've been hanging out for 'Princess Night Out' every night with your girlfriends, grooving away to Ashanti's "Good Good" video while pigging out at the newest restaurant hot-spots.  Not to mention how tired your body is from all of the partying and popping bottles on the roof-top of The Standard ...  Oh, no! That's a travesty!    So, what do you do now?

Relax, Princess! No need for disquietude!  I've found 3 starlets that are willing to help us out by sharing their personal exercise routine that helped them to prepare for their latest blockbusters.  Penelope Cruz, Gwyneth Paltrow, and Alexis Bledel all share with us their star-studded workout secrets!

My friend and I were texting each other the other night and I was so deep into the conversation (I have a severe problem of this!) that I didn't realize my rice was burning on the stove. As funny as it is to burn rice she was not surprised by me at all. She just laughed and asked if the rice that I was cooking was some sort of "special" rice because it took about an hour to make. After what I learned later today I did actually consider rice "special".

Lately I've been experiencing the worst headaches. But I'm not really into over-the-counter medications so I researched other alternatives for remedies and quick cures. Standing in the check out line at Whole Foods, I noticed an article featured on the cover of Pilates Style Magazine (Headaches? make 'em history) and decided to read it.

Treatments can be over-the-counter medications, acupuncture, biofeedback, dietary restrictions and herbs. A tool that is gaining recognition for its power to tame headaches is Pilates, which increases awareness, relax neck muscles, mobility of the spine, oxygenate cells and reduces stress. Ninety-eight percent of all headaches fall into one of three types: tension, migraine or cluster.
